Insurance

We currently accept most major insurances.

Health insurance benefits are an agreement between you and your insurance company. Our office can submit claims to your insurance company as a courtesy to you but it is important for you to understand and follow the requirements of your specific insurance policy. 

We may have a negotiated rate with your insurance in which case we have agreed to accept less than our standard fee. You will never be charged the difference between your insurance-negotiated rate and our standard rate. 

Co-pays and/or deductibles that are not covered by insurance are due when services are rendered.

Self-Pay Rates:

We offer a discounted rate of $100 per hour if paid at the time that services are rendered. 

Cancellation Policy: 

If you are unable to keep an appointment, you must notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. If such advance notice is not received,you will be charged a $35 fee. 

Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
